HMD Global is a recently-founded company run by former Nokia executives had signed a licensing agreement with Nokia Technologies.According to the agreement, HMD is able to use the Nokia brand on the mobiles and tablets for the next ten years and Nokia will be receiving royalty payments for device sales under its brand name.

A smartphone named Nokia D1C was spotted online on a Geekbench listing by BGR India.The Antutu Listing reveals the upcoming Nokia Phone with a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 octa-core processor, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage, a fullHD screen,4G Connectivity, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS/A-GPS and the Adreno 505 GPU.
The phone is expected to come with a 13MP rear and 8MP front cameras.
Some of the websites online have reported the Nokia D1C may be released in the last week of February 2017 with an expected price range of 13,000 INR.

The D1C is expected to be released in two variants one with 2GB RAM and 3GB RAM most of the specs remain same except for some minor specification differences.

Nokia Edge is another Smartphone expected with high-end specs and a complete edge to edge display.
